The highlevel boys and girls went to Roots Cafe on Friday, January 7. The girls drove over with Kimberly and the boys with Sean. When we got there, we all got hot chocolate or a smoothie. We all went to the activity because Nisty and Jim were having an art show. Nisty had about four pictures up and Jim about 8 or 9. Nisty had already sold one picture when we got there and Jim had not sold any yet; however, he had gotten two commissions from people . Things were looking on the bright side for both Nisty and Jim. The high levels had fun going to show their support for Nisty and Jim.Lauren

ReplyDeleteThis was an art show at a local coffee house that one of our Art teachers--Jim Munford, and one of our students--Nisty placed works of art at. They have each sold some of their art work already. The show will go through the month of January. We also have had our other Art teacher--Mike Caudle, have an art show there.
